The website underthesink.org and the associated household hazardous waste facility are operated under an inter-local agreement with the following organizations:

- Papio-Missouri River Natural Resources District
- City of Omaha and Keep Omaha Beautiful Inc..
Henceforth referred to as Program Partners. The website underthesink.org and the associated household hazardous waste facility and activities are henceforth referred to as the Program. This website (www.underthesink.org) is an official publication of the Program and Program Partners. Henceforth in this statement referred to as Under The Sink.
Roles & Responsibilities
As the leading Program Partner the City of Omaha maintains all aspects and day to day activities of the Program.
The internet is an emerging, free flowing, electronic community that is, for the most part, unregulated. The Program Partners are only responsible for information posted by designated employees within Under The Sink. The Program Partners are not responsible for any information linked to or posted, outside Under The Sink. Likewise the Program Partners are not responsible for information posted to Under The Sink by rogue individuals.
Technical problems with outside links, other than a link that has been moved or changed, should be reported to the entity that maintains the site, not Under The Sink. If you feel that the content of an outside link or content within Under The Sink is inappropriate please contact us.
Online Privacy Statement
Under The Sink is committed to maintaining your confidence and trust, and accordingly maintains the following privacy policy to protect personal information you provide online.
It is Under The Sink’s policy that personal information, such as your name, postal and e-mail address or telephone number, is private and confidential.
